@DavidWells59 Get ANT Downloader, via Firefox add ons (better than their download helper) and with all tutorials, especially if they are slow, download them. —It’s the only way.
you look like a monkey
Another great vid from Tim, VERY helpful for people like me (seriously considering checking out Linux)….
Thanks for doing this video, but could you video zoom in more on your talking points and make the visual aid of the video even more helpful that way? – plus, not talk quite so fast. Thanks again! Great material for newbies like me, even though I’ve been using computers for over 35 years now and Ubuntu for over a year – Ha!.
This guy does a kickass good job, if he lived in Ireland I’d like to buy him a drink…or 7…
This guy needs to drink something. It sounds like he has dry-mouth.. Lol.
Btw Xubuntu is said as Zubuntu
sounds like its time to re-install
your karmic is still running huh? mine is riddle with so many errors now I can’t even get to my desktop anymore.
if you mean the browser, then I show you in this video, i know i talk very fast but i go over a lot in this one
where did you find chrome for ubuntu?
RecordMyDesktop to capture the screencast
Kdenlive to edit it
Can i give my 2 cents on this subject, in my opinion if your going to make a video tutorial for youtube, you should always edit it in kdenlive to add watermark and other text, otherwise the video does not look professional
are you using #ffdshow / #kdenlive or #gtk-recordmydesktop for these screencasting?
