@theultimatekoopa2 Sorry, I accidentally hit thumbs down instead of reply xD
And I bet your graphics card will wipe the floor with most games.
If your not going to install any games, unless you either encode a lot of HD video, or pictures, 1.5 TB will last you a life time.
@HaloFanatic99 I’m not particularly planning to install any games. But if I was, the graphics card RAM is 2 GB, which is better than my laptop’s 512 MB, and even better than my current PC’s 256 MB
@theultimatekoopa2 What games do you plan on installing? First person shooters? RPG’s? Do you use mods?
1.5 TB should last you a good while.
@HaloFanatic99 I’m getting a PC which has 1.5 TB, is that enough?
Cosmic Black, Alienware Area-51 Chassis 1200 watt power supply, Overclocked Intel Core i7 980x Extreme 3.73GHz, 12MB Cache 12 GB ddr3 triple channel 1600 mhz, Dual 2GB ATI Radeon™ HD 6950 – ATI CrossFireX™, Killer™ 2100 Gaming Network Card, Enabled, 512GB Raid 0 (2x 256GB Samsung Solid State HDDs), 1TB – SATA-II, 3Gb/s, 7,200RPM, 32MB Cache HDD backup, Alienware OptX AW2310 23-inch 3D Full HD Widescreen Monitor what now “Get on my LeveL..

X_x 500GB is nothing, I’ve used 350GB of my 750gb and I havent finished installing all my games and mods, when I finish I have about 90 free gigs left.
@vangstaz ya your right 5970 is better the any of the 6000 ser. its becasue 5970 was made to rock and there are lots of cases of older ser better than new stuff…its want you want to spend…..anyhow nice computer you did good on this i got my aurora same time as you but got the cheaper end cost 1600 canadian…i dumped the vif card put in 2 gtx 465s added more mem and put in 3 more hard drives..so im running 4 500gHD man the burst speed.its only i5 but im 2.6 speed to 4.0 stable
we lovepower
is the computer making all that noise I hear?
my fried have this computer just with dual ati cards. with 512 mb memory . and my computer. custom build. old. is getting better framerate in every game … lol
@creampiess That’s what I mean, the HD 5970 is a faster single card than the HD 6970. And where did I say that higher numbers are better? Higher numbers are NOT always better. Did you not understand my example? Read it again.
@vangstaz Someguy…you are only somewhat correct. Vangstazs you are wrong saying just because the number is higher means its better. The fact is a 5970 OWNS a 6850 or 6870. BUT someguy the 5970 really only outperforms the 6970 in benchmarks and some games. Being the only dual GPU some games dont support it well especially in Xfire. And a 6970 for crossfire would be better for nearly all games because the scaling is so good. The 5970 would be a better single card solution only.
this horshit.. the WORDL’S BEST OF THE BEST IS “MSI” COPYPASTE THIS AT SEARCH

@someguy2255 And one more thing I forgot to add. A good computer doesn’t need to run Crysis at the max settings with a billion FPS. A good computer is one that works for a certain purpose, whether it’s for the office, home theater, or gaming. People do not need to play games all day, but still needs a computer that is RELIABLE to get the job done. A good computer means reliability. Your computer may be more powerful, but… mine lasts longer :/
@someguy2255 Looks like someone didn’t do their homework. I think you should actually go look at some benchmarks, or refer to AMD’s website, and compare the specs to the HD 5970 and HD 6970. I’ll help you get started. The HD 5970 has 2 GPU’s on it’s board while the HD 6970 only has 1 GPU. You figure out the rest. Get your facts straight and do not dare attempt to argue against someone like me who has worked with computer hardware for years.
@someguy2255 WOW you seriously think the HD 6970 is faster than the HD 5970? YOU are one dumbass troll that shouldn’t even talk at all LMFAO. I think you should get your facts straight and READ the specs to both cards. You think that higher numbers are better? Well in computers, NO they’re not.
For example, an nVidia GeForce 9400GT is faster than a GeForce 8800GTX. Idiots like you will think, yes, because 9400 is bigger than 8800. WRONG. It’s about the specs dumbass.
@vangstaz LMAO ur so dumb. why would ati make the new 6000 series if the 5970 is faster. ur so dumb man haahahaha. 5970 cant beat a 6970 maybe a dual one. get ur facts straight
@someguy2255 FYI this so called “shitty” computer has the HD 5970, which is the HD 5000 series, and it is faster than ANY HD 6000 series cards at this very moment. Even if you own the newer HD 6970, it is NOTHING compared to this HD 5970 in terms of performance. Plus, this video was made almost a year before the HD 6000 series were released so I’d think first before I talk if I were you. You lose.
@someguy2255 I presume you’re 13 or younger, if you’re older you should consider sorting your personality out because people hate people like you.
@Polyuncoki hope u upgraded your computer by now. good computer is one that can play CRYSIS at max setting at 1920 x 1080 or higher resolution without laggg
