Question by jbm02e: I have downloaded google earth and google desktop search. I want the icon on my desktop. How do I do this?
I don’t want to redownload each application again, if I can avoid it.

Start->Programs and look for Google Earth. Right click it and come down to create shortcut then drag the shortcut onto the desktop. The Google Search bar should have installed on yor desktop at the top.

create a shortcut.go to the google earth location where u have installed.then right click the icon and click creat shortcut on my desktop
Simple. You go to the start menu and go to the Google Earth object right click and click Send To…..and click Desktop.
