I got one and it has been freezing up since day 1. Support is via a chat window and is horrible but the machine screams. I use it ot render HD video.

That graphics card looks more like the RADEON HD 4870 because of the black cover. Never seen a RADEON HD 4850 with a black cover before.

Owned 2 Gateway FX models including the 6800-01e I-WILL-NEVER buy a Gateway again.
1 # cheap parts!
2 # Breaks after 6 months then continues to break every couple of months.
3 # Horrible customer service from Acer/Gateway.
