GFI MAX – Remote Management Squeeze Toy

What’s the difference between this squeeze toy and an administrator? Of cause this is a joke, but really, for a small little company, would they need someone on staff to take care of a dozen servers and some desktops anymore? I will give this service (http://www.gfi.com/it-managed-services-software) a look and reevaluate my position toward SMB IT support. Now if only these "clients" can actually pay on-time and with real money instead of "the check is in the mail" routine…
