Anybody from FJ or 4chan gunna make a joke about “the kitchen” ?
This thing is a piece of trash, I have one sitting in a box downstairs in the hopes I can get the video unit (which is actually removable) replaced. I highly doubt I can get it replaced without sending it to them and paying an arm and a leg, this thing is not even a year old. I highly suggest people stay away from avertec all in one systems.
would you be able to plug in the ps3 to this unit.
I had this from july 08- december 08 because i thought it would be better than the imac (besides cheaper). SO WRONG! my unit broke 17, december 2008 and they were taking so long to get a replacement unit. i finally called and said “Forget it, u guys are dickwabs”
. so i got myself an imac. 10000% better
Great concept but think of it like an Apple. If something breaks, the whole unit’s shot. For that reason, either get what you want on it or will need on it for 2 years, or stick with the old school desktop. That being said, Averatec makes great systems at good prices. This one is on my short list.

Great in the bathroom?
3 yrs ago I bought a Averatec. Still have it. Worst laptop I have ever owned. The feet won’t even stay on the bottom. Lousy DVD/CD wouldn’t read a large number of CDs. DVD finally went. Sent it in under warranty. Replacement DVD/CD was junk too. Case cracked in the corner because of flexing. My advice… buy a Toshiba.
i dont know why he is all surprised by the specs, apple’s been making iMac’s like this for a while. Lol he’s trying really hard to sell it looks like. “BOOM A COMPUTER COMES I WITH A KEYBOARD, DAMNN THATS IMPRESSIVE! “
is it fast for editing/saving/publishing movies? can it handle a lot of video and professional programs and stuff?
Would you be able to hook up Satelite (a dish network box?) to this through the coax cable?
does it over heat fast?
woah a black iMac
Ima buy this looks nice
omg, haha look almost the same as imac.. cool thing !
I didn’t know Apple made black iMacs…
